Class Descriptions:
Power Yoga:
1hour cardio based yoga flow.
Each pose is held 1-2 breaths.
Glutes & Abs:
30minute class to Strengthening the core and glutes.
Recommend Equipment- Loop Resistance Band (x-heavy/heavy), ankle weights, 5-12 lb dumbbells.
Open Flow:
1hour wild card flow. Each flow will have a different focal point ranging from hip opens, standing postures, to backbends.
Xpress Strength:
30mins of a full body cardio infused workout.
Recommend Equipment- Loop Resistance Band (x-heavy/heavy), ankle weights, 5-12 lb dumbbells.
Dancers yoga flow:
30minute yoga flow combined with a 30-minute choreographed yoga sequence to a specific song.
Inversion Fun:
30minute workshop to explore your inversion practice with drills and breakdowns. (Crow pose, handstand, headstands etc.)
